OxCase Renders
Aim
A set of stylised product renders was to be produced for OxCase's phone case range, built to explore form, finish and lighting across the collection ahead of launch. The primary goal was to replicate 19 compositions across their colour range.
Solution
Fusion 360 geometry was pushed through a mix of generative tools to develop look and material studies, producing a 76-piece render set spanning multiple finishes and environments. A selection is shown below.

CMF Exploration
Colour, material and finish variations across the basic product renders, translating the compositions across OxCase's colour range.
Technical Images
Exploded product views with technical annotations were produced, initially modelled in Fusion360 for geometrical accuracy, then refined in generative tools to explore composition, lighting and background.
Art Direction & Refinement
Initial concepts, landscape development and collaborator feedback informed the background studies for the final technical images.
Initial Direction
Rocky textures and dramatic lighting established an initial visual direction, with a horizontal arrangement placing the product within the landscape.
Composition Exploration
An upright exploded arrangement explored a more dynamic composition, using floating rock fragments around the separated product components.
Landscape Development
The mountain setting brought the product and technical annotations together, developing the relationship between the foreground composition and surrounding landscape.
Product Arrangement
An alternative arrangement explored component spacing and orientation, considering how clearly each layer could be read alongside its technical callout.
Landscape Review
The landscape composition was reviewed with my collaborator, who suggested exploring a gradient background to give the product greater focus.
Background Studies
A golden gradient explored a simpler setting for the technical image, giving the product components and annotations more visual prominence.
Colour Refinement
A warmer copper treatment developed the background direction seen in the final set, bringing together the orange phone and darker case components.
Final Outputs
The four final technical images following client feedback and approval: AuraOX, VanguardOX, MagClearOX and UrbanOX.
